Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 ounces Harvest Spirits Cornelius Applejack
  • 1/2 ounce honey syrup (1:1 honey and water, warm to dissolve)
  • 2 sprigs mint, leaves only
  • 1 sprig mint, whole

Method

  1. In a julep cup or rocks glass, gently dry-muddle mint leaves.
  2. Add applejack and stir.
  3. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Pour the honey syrup over the ice.
  4. Garnish with mint sprig.
