Ingredients
- 2 3/4 ounces Harvest Spirits Cornelius Applejack
- 1/2 ounce honey syrup (1:1 honey and water, warm to dissolve)
- 2 sprigs mint, leaves only
- 1 sprig mint, whole
Method
- In a julep cup or rocks glass, gently dry-muddle mint leaves.
- Add applejack and stir.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice. Pour the honey syrup over the ice.
- Garnish with mint sprig.
