Berle Farm is a 600-hundred acre piece of farmland in Hoosick NY. The farm has been certified organic since 1997 and has evolved to a low outside input farm, where we produce cheese, yogurt, beef, apples, vegetables, hay, wheat, oats, and corn and many other food items. Our products are distributed locally and our organic yogurt and cheeses are available throughout NY and adjoining states. Our raw milk cheeses are hand stirred and pressed individually. They are turned and brushed with sea salt twice a week for 3 mos. to 3 years. The cheeses are a testimony to our dedicated work bringing together the elements of weather, grass, cow health, tillage, and community.
