Apple Vinegar Marinade for Chicken

Ingredients 

  • 2/3 cup white wine
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 3 teaspoons chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons chopped rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons chopped thyme
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method 

  1. Add ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. To use as a marinade for chicken, place chicken in a ziploc bag and add marinade. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
