Hudson Valley CSA Guide: 2017
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) programs create a symbiotic relationship between farmers and community members. Members pay for their shares before the season starts, allowing the farmers the resources to start growing. Joining a local CSA is one way consumers can be certain about where, how and who is growing the food they’re eating, while simultaneously helping to strengthen the region’s agricultural economy by dealing directly with a local producer
